Apollo Mechanical Contractors in Reno, NV is seeking a Project Engineer to support the project management team with logistics, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and vendors. You will assist in assembling estimates, purchase orders, and project documentation.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field, strong communication, multitasking under deadlines, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Project).

Responsibilities

• Support project management team with logistics, budgeting and scheduling.
• Coordinate deliveries of equipment and materials; manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Attend project meetings and assist in writing MOP requirements.
• Assemble estimates, budgets, and purchase orders; track subcontracts and RFIs.
• Maintain jobsite documentation including QA/QC, submittals, and changes.
