Job summary

Catamount Constructors is seeking a seasoned construction professional to manage project contracts, buyout planning, and owner/architect/contractor coordination. The role emphasizes scheduling, documentation, and proactive problem solving across diverse markets.

You will work with a team to ensure compliance with contract scope, maintain open communication with stakeholders, and drive on-time project delivery while controlling costs.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication, with negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of the contract from project onset.
• Document project updates and maintain logs and changes throughout construction.
• Develop purchasing plans with strong negotiation for buyout decisions.
• Support the Superintendent with scheduling, posting monthly schedule, and actions to improve timelines.
• Engage with project owners, architects, and contractors; coordinate meetings and minutes.
• Submit owner pay applications accurately and on time.
• Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders; process changes as needed.
• Ensure conformity with contract documents and address performance issues.
