Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in a construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with CMiC, PlanGrid and construction project documentation processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team with administration and management of construction activities.
• Set up CMiC, PlanGrid and Submittal Logs; track RFIs and as-builts.
• Coordinate material procurement, submittals, subcontracts and closeout documentation.
• Support project meetings, minutes, and risk management training.
