Job summary

Blue Ridge Executive Search is looking for a Project Engineer in Denver to manage construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will oversee all project elements, ensure adherence to timelines, and coordinate efforts among various stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience with General Contractors and have worked on projects valued at over $15M. A solid understanding of multi-family projects is also desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working with a General Contractor.
• Experience managing projects sized at $15M or more.
• Diverse construction background preferred.
• Multi-family project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and proposals, developing project objectives.
• Prepare and distribute project descriptions and timelines.
• Review contractor bids and assign personnel to project phases.
• Monitor budgets and prepare status reports.
