A leading General Contracting firm in Colorado is seeking a Project Engineer to ensure successful project delivery for remodels and new construction. The ideal candidate will work closely with management and subcontractors, and must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience. Responsibilities include contract management, blueprint comprehension, and establishing onsite safety. The position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, benefits including medical insurance, and two weeks of Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Construction Management or 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to read and analyze construction documents.
• Effective communication with Managers and Vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage elements of contracts and specifications.
• Read and comprehend blueprints for discussions.
• Assist in estimating and perform quantity take-offs.
• Establish safety on site and collaborate with teams.
