Richard Group is hiring a Project Engineer in Denver, Colorado. The role supports construction projects from planning to close-out, coordinating with owners, subs, and internal teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering or CM background, 1–5 years of hard-bid GC experience, and proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam. Flexible shifts and travel across the United States may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• 1–5 years’ experience with a hard-bid general contracting company.
• Thorough understanding of construction materials, means, methods and building systems.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe and Bluebeam.
• Willingness to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project start up, project completion, punch list identification and close-out.
• Provide project controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and management of personnel.
• Communicate with project team to maintain schedule, safety, budget and quality control.
• Plan and organize quality processes and materials management.
• Write and review RFIs, changes, schedules and project documents.
