Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of commercial and/or heavy highway construction experience.
• Higher education in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient mathematical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and survey data.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager from award through closeout.
• Review plans, specs, contracts to understand requirements.
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation and submittals.
• Coordinate schedules, work plans, and communications with offices and field.
• Track progress, materials, equipment, and subcontractor activities.
• Assist with estimating change orders and cost tracking.
• Coordinate material orders, deliveries, permits, and inspections.
• Maintain organized project files and support closeout activities.
