Qualifications

• 2+ years in construction or related field, or a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related discipline.
• Moderate knowledge of multiple project types and trades.

Responsibilities

• Overse and organize submittals, RFIs, show drawings, plan logs, permit logs, procurement logs, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate and input schedules, safety inspections, and quality checks
• Manage meeting minutes
• Ensure all trades, systems, and sources have been fully examined for compliance, coordination, and approvals
• Provide support to project managers and superintendents
