Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in related roles and a bachelor’s degree in a construction discipline. Procore and Bluebeam proficiency, strong communication, and travel flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field.
• Internships in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of subcontractor agreements, estimating, schedules and safety.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management of assigned project from start through closeout.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties including subs and owners.
• Ensure scope executes per contract and avoid unbudgeted work.
• Attend project meetings as required.
• Maintain construction documents and prepare as-built docs.
• Support quality control/assurance efforts.
• Assist with job cost management.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
• Manage RFI and Submittal processes.
• Track material testing docs and non-conformance.
