Fortis Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to act as the day-to-day coordinator between clients, the Project Manager, the Project Superintendent, and subcontractors to keep the project progressing safely, accurately and smoothly.

You will handle document control, RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, contracts administration and safety audits, while supporting field coordination and owner/vendor relations. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Project, Word), PDF and estimating/document programs.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate document control, submittals, RFIs and procurement to move projects forward.
• Manage change orders, contracts administration and issue resolution on site.
• Support field coordination and ensure safety auditing and compliance.
• Prepare and review project records, logs and closeout materials.
• Liaise with owners, vendors and subcontractors to maintain alignment with contract requirements.
