Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. seeks a Construction Project Engineer for commercial projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will support preconstruction through closeout, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain documentation while traveling to active sites.

Remote work may occur initially, shifting toward an office-based hybrid schedule. The role requires 2+ years in commercial construction, strong drawing interpretation, and Excel proficiency to track schedules and costs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience in coordination or project engineering.
• Experience reviewing architectural/structural drawings and schedules.
• Proficiency with Excel for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, schedules, and closeout packages.
• Prepare RFI/submittal tracking and project correspondence.
• Support estimating with bid documentation and scope reviews.
• Assist PMs with cost tracking, change orders, and revisions.
• Maintain project records, logs, and reports across sites.
