Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Project Engineer to support PMs in bidding, scheduling, contracts, billing, and collection. The role involves coordinating daily activities, attending pre-construction and scheduling meetings, and working closely with Operations and Scheduling teams to ensure timely project progress.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, consulting, conflict management, and interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMs with bidding, scheduling, contracts, billing and collection.
• Attend project meetings (pre-construction, pre-pave, scheduling).
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly tasks with Operations, Scheduling, and Manufacturing teams.
