Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for resolution and tracking of project issues
• Support superintendents to ensure contractors maintain schedule in the field
• Process submittals and RFIs
• Prepare meeting agendas and lead meetings
• Assist with planning and managing site logistics
• Enforce corporate safety policies on the jobsite
• Review and evaluate contractor quotations for changes and process change orders
• Manage plan review and approval process with local and state municipalities

Requirements:

• 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of professional or related construction internship experience
• OSHA 30 Hour certification preferred
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to be self-directed in problem-solving
• Strong organizational skills, especially in Document Control and Close Out
• Proactive, positive attitude with a commitment to safety
