IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Project Engineer for our office in Somerset, NJ. This full-time onsite role supports project managers and directors with technical, administrative, and subcontractor management tasks on life sciences facilities projects.

The position involves coordinating execution plans, schedules, budgets, documentation control, procurement support, safety planning, and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and maintenance of execution plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication among project stakeholders.
• Support procurement, contract administration, and change management processes.
• Participate in safety planning and quality assurance, including shop drawing reviews and design compliance.
• Track project costs, invoice preparation, and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation systems and assist with closeout deliverables and turnover packages.
• Contribute to marketing materials, proposals, and ongoing team coordination across departments.

We are looking for a talented Construction Project Engineer to join our dedicated team at our office located in Somerset, NJ.

Project Site: Ridgefield, NJ (Full-time onsite)

In this role, you will provide technical, administrative, and subcontractor management support to Project Managers and Project Directors.

The salary offered for this role is between $79,000 and $117,000, but the actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set, and education.
