Job Summary:

In this position, you will support our Construction Project Managers and Superintendents, playing a critical role in project success. Your responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and resources.
• Assist in managing project budgets, including estimation and control.
• Procure materials and services cost-effectively.
• Review pricing from subcontractors and suppliers for bids and change orders.
• Ensure construction projects meet quality and safety standards and regulations.
• Record, track, and distribute punchlist items.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and address issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
• Maintain project documentation.
• Manage RFIs and Submittals.
• Develop logistics, safety, permit, and phasing plans.
• Document field issues.
• Assist in preparing daily reports and inspections.
• Oversee project closeout activities.
• Evaluate project performance and implement lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
