• Assist Project Manager with and review the value engineering process.
• Prepare a draft of the preliminary project schedule for review with the Project/Pre-Construction Manager and Superintendent.
• Assist in the preconstruction process as needed.
• Assist Project Manager in obtaining the Certificate of Substantial Completion from the customer.
• Manage close-out activities (e.g., warranty manuals, owner training, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have

• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of construction experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Exceptional communication skills and a credible reputation among local and regional subcontractors.
• Knowledge and experience in estimating.
