Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group seeks experienced Construction Project Engineers to join a major industrial EPC programme in Nevada. You will own construction scopes and work with Construction Managers, superintendents, and field teams on site.

The role covers RFIs, submittals, cost coding, scheduling, inspections and daily progress tracking, with relocation support for the right candidate. This is a hands-on role requiring field presence and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction engineering, project engineering, scheduling or design experience.
• Experience across industrial, manufacturing, EPC, heavy commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, construction methods and site coordination.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, cost coding, schedules and field documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment with field teams and senior stakeholders.
• Degree in construction management, engineering or a related field preferred.
• This would suit a Construction Project Engineer who wants to be close to the work, take ownership of real scopes and be part of a major long-term industrial build programme.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned construction scopes, supporting RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, inspections, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination and daily site progress.
• Coordinate with Construction Managers, Superintendents, trade contractors, engineering, project controls and procurement teams from preconstruction through to completion and start of production.
• Work to ensure drawings and specifications are followed and site safety and quality standards are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and change management.
• Collaborate with field teams and senior stakeholders to drive timely delivery.

$95,000 - $125,000 + benefits + relocation support

I am looking to speak with experienced Construction Project Engineers who want to be involved in the delivery of a major industrial EPC programme in Nevada.

This is a site-focused role working directly with Construction Managers, Superintendents, trade contractors, engineering, project controls and procurement teams from preconstruction through to completion and start of production.

The role is not just paperwork. You will take ownership of assigned construction scopes, supporting RFIs, submittals, procurement, scheduling, inspections, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination and daily site progress.

The projects are part of a major battery materials and energy infrastructure programme, supporting the development of a more sustainable domestic battery supply chain in the US.

Key experience:

• 5+ years of construction engineering, project engineering, scheduling or design experience
