LAUKOA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the execution of federal construction projects throughout Hawaii and the Pacific region. The Project Engineer will serve as a key member of the project delivery team, providing technical, administrative, and quality management support throughout all phases of construction.
This position will have a strong emphasis on Quality Control (QC) and construction compliance, ensuring projects are executed in accordance with contract requirements, specifications, approved submittals, and applicable federal regulations. The ideal candidate is a degreed engineer with strong organizational skills, construction knowledge, and a desire to grow into a quality management leadership role.
Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is not required.
Annual Salary: $72000.00 - $115,000.00 based on interview and experience.
This position is designed as a developmental role with a pathway toward Quality Control Manager, or Senior Project Engineer positions. LAUKOA is committed to investing in employee development through mentorship, training, and increasing levels of project responsibility.
