JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

• Work with outside firms to develop and maintain construction standards / specifications.
• Lead workgroup draft reviews. Capture feedback and ensure implementation into revisions.
• Review standards / specifications with upper management.
• Develop annual schedule and track to completion. Report status monthly.
• Review construction change requests, major breakdown reports, and customer feedback for lessons learned to be incorporated into revisions.
• Support study requests as needed (renewals and utilities).

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with standards / specifications in the construction industry (AE firm, Construction planning, Standards development).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BlueBeam (or other PDF editing software).
• Professional Engineering License (PE)
• 3+ years of experience in industrial mechanical systems (piping, chilled water, compressed air, etc.)
