Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum HS diploma or GED.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and workflows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and desire to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions such as journal entries, cash receipts, and disbursements and prepare various reconciliations.
• Maintain contracts, change orders, and other contract documents related to billings.
• Prepare draft and final billings.
• Analyze project financial data for trends or problems that may affect financial performance.
• Effectively communicate or coordination with team and vendors.
• Perform additional assignments and special project analyses as directed.
• Recommend and implement process improvements as agreed by management.
