Job summary

Maestro Integrations LLC in Austin, TX seeks a Project Coordinator to support quality control, documentation, and cross-functional coordination across multi-family construction projects.

You will monitor labor and material activity, track permits, and maintain accurate project records while assisting the COO and CEO with priorities and reporting. Strong MS Office skills and detail orientation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in project coordination, operations, quality control, construction administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn project management and document systems.
• Certifications in project management are optional but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support quality control, documentation, and project tracking for multiple developments.
• Coordinate with field operations, vendors, and executives to ensure timely updates and data integrity.
• Help manage permits, compliance, and material logistics to avoid delays.
• Prepare routine progress reports, labor and material summaries, and status updates for leadership.
• Assist COO/CEO with scheduling, meeting prep, and action-item tracking.
