Staff Financial Group is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for an on-site role in Metro Atlanta. You will work with Project Managers, manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout docs, and keep subs and vendors on schedule to ensure seamless office-field coordination.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in construction coordination, strong organization, and a desire to advance to Assistant PM or PM. Great benefits and a clear career path are offered.
What if your next Construction Project Coordinator role paid $65K–$80K, kept you off the job site, and put you on a team that actually wants you to move up?
I'm recruiting for a Construction Project Coordinator to join a well-established / growing general contractor / commercial builder in Metro Atlanta.
This is an on-site opportunity in Metro Atlanta
You'll be the person who keeps projects moving. You'll work directly with the Project Managers, handle submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents, keep subcontractors and vendors on schedule, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between the office and the field.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years supporting construction projects, is organized to a fault, and wants a path to Assistant PM or Project Manager.
The client is targeting $65K–$80K base depending on experience, and they're open to going above that for a superstar.
And yes, this is a real PM track, not a permanent admin seat.
