Harmon, Inc. in New York is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a project team through consistent process execution and to gain critical skills while providing support across a project’s lifecycle.
You will track processes from start-up to close-out, assist leadership, field teams, and clients, and help predict financial metrics. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1 year of related work are required.

Your top priority is to support your projects’ leadership and mastering project tasks to drive accuracy. Tracking project processes, from start up to close out. Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project. Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics/results. Learning tasks and processes to gain technical industry knowledge and basic project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum of 1-year related experience. Some construction project experience preferred.
-$70,000-80,000+ monthly car allowance + annual bonus opportunity
- Fully in office; ability to travel to sites located in the Northeast and Midwest #LI-AB1
