Qualifications

• Two years of college with courses in engineering and six years of related experience preferred.
• Total eight years of education/experience may substitute for the formal mix.
• Effective oral and written communication with visual aids.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction projects from initial request through close-out, including planning and estimating.
• Coordinate subcontractors, award contracts, and track schedule and costs.
• Create independent construction estimates using RSMeans.
• Read engineered drawings and identify project scope.
• Assist in developing drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Prepare business letters and reports with proper grammar and formatting.
• Apply project management principles and adapt to varied project phases.
