Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Assistant Project Manager I to support project managers across concrete frame and formwork projects. You will help with planning, budgeting, scheduling, safety compliance, and documentation to keep projects on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, organization, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• OSHA safety knowledge and regulations.
• Willing to travel for projects outside the office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Perform jobsite inspections and audits of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Assist managing project productivity, costs, quality, and safety per policies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Create and coordinate material and equipment scheduling; manage subcontractor and vendor contracts.
• Support special projects and other duties for organizational needs.
