Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead execution of concrete frame and formwork projects. You will supervise project teams, interpret structural drawings, and maintain strong client relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes productivity, cost control, safety, and quality, with opportunities to develop processes and coordinate subcontractors across multiple sites. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of specialized experience in commercial concrete shell construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with all levels including customers and vendors.
• Detail oriented and able to analyze plan layouts, material deliveries and site productivity.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; OSHA safety knowledge required.
• Ability to travel and work on projects outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Performs jobsite inspections of shoring, rebar/post-tensioning, safety and quality.
• Manages productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies.
• Develops processes with local teams to deliver total concrete solutions.
• Reads rebar, post-tension and structural drawings.
• Supervises Assistant Project Managers.
• Maintains customer relationships to procure projects and reduce risk.
• Monitors safety and quality issues across the project.
• Coordinates material and equipment scheduling and subcontractor/vendor contracts.
