Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent with 1–2 years supporting similar responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels including customers and vendors.
• Detail oriented with ability to analyze and organize information such as plan layouts, material deliveries and productivity.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA requirements and regulations.
• Ability to travel and work on projects outside the office for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Perform site inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/pt installation, safety, and quality.
• Assist in managing project productivity, costs, quality and safety per company policies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to secure projects and improve efficiency.
• Create and coordinate material and equipment schedules for efficient use.
• Coordinate all subcontractor and vendor contracts and related processes.
• Performs special projects and other duties to support the organization.
