Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction, LLC seeks an Assistant Project Manager I to support project managers in coordinating construction projects in Dallas, TX. This role involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, safety compliance, and maintaining project documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating concrete framing activities, performing site inspections, monitoring productivity and costs, and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization, customers, and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with ability to analyze and organize plans, materials, and productivity data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of safety requirements (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.
• Perform jobsite inspections/audits of shoring, rebar/PT installation, safety, and quality.
• Assist in managing productivity, costs, quality, and safety per company policies.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to procure projects and improve efficiency.
• Create and coordinate material and equipment schedules; promote efficient use.
• Coordinate subcontractor and vendor contracts and related processes.
• Perform special projects and other duties as needed to support the organization.
