Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in construction or project coordination (internships acceptable).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and budgets are maintained.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and contracts.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety standards and quality control.
• Help identify and resolve project issues proactively.
