Job summary

SFV Services in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking an Entry-Level Construction Project Coordinator to support a single Project Manager across multiple concurrent renovation and tenant-improvement projects. This role is the fast track to learning how commercial construction gets built, with hands-on exposure to RFIs, submittals, and drawings.

You will develop organization, document control, and meeting administration skills, and progress toward a PM role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage high-volume paperwork.
• Sense of urgency and ability to close loops quickly.
• Comfort with Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
• No construction experience required; drive to learn is key.

Responsibilities

• Document control: manage RFIs, submittals, and drawing updates in Procore.
• Meeting administration: write and distribute precise meeting minutes.
• Close-out support: gather O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings.
• Discrepancy tracking: read drawings/specs to flag issues before delays.
• Reporting: use Procore, Smartsheet, and MS Office for tracking.
