Job summary

Cool Pool, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator/Estimating/Customer Relations Manager in Nanuet, NY. This role supports project managers by handling administrative tasks, preparing proposals, and coordinating permits, schedules, and payments.

The ideal candidate will have at least an associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred) and two years of PM experience, with CBP and ASPE certifications desirable. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory for customer interactions and sales support.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
• Minimum two years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Education required: associate’s degree or preferably a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new construction and renovation sales by coordinating with customers and sending proposals.
• Oversee permit approvals and ensure timely processing of documentation.
• Prepare proposals for new pool and renovation projects with accurate job costing.
• Coordinate plaster crew schedules and material deliveries to meet project timelines.
• Review change orders with customers and process them.
• Track stage payments and ensure all contracts are signed and invoiced.
