Job summary

Immel Construction in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help deliver retail construction projects from award through closeout. You’ll work with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep documentation, schedules, costs, and communications on track.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• OSHA 30 preferred or willingness to obtain within six months.
• 1–5 years of construction coordination/related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project startup activities and project setup.
• Maintain accurate project files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate meeting minutes, submittals, RFIs, and logs.
• Support development of schedules and procurement activities.
• Help manage project costs and monthly pay applications.
