Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented project support analyst to assist a project team through the full lifecycle. You will help track processes from start-up to close-out and support leadership, field teams, and clients with essential administrative tasks.

This role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and financial awareness. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in project management are preferred, with some construction project experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-3 years experience in project management or a related field
• Some construction project experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Tracking project processes, from start up to close out.
• Supporting project leadership, field teams, and clients over a project’s lifecycle through tracking and driving administrative processes for the project.
• Gathering critical information that enables leaders to predict, analyze, and communicate key financial metrics/results.
• Learning tasks and processes to gain technical industry knowledge and basic project management skills
