Job summary

Cirks Construction is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project management on Tempe construction projects. You will coordinate invoices, schedules, submittals, and project documentation with the project team from inception to closeout.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience with relevant experience or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to become a Notary.
• Ability to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Approves invoices, verify job expense payment, and verify proper cost codes.
• Assists with billings for customer invoicing and subcontractor payment; works with Project Team from inception to closeout.
• Coordinates permits, attends client meetings, and prepares meeting minutes.
• Communicates with subcontractors and vendors for subcontracts, RFIs, change orders, and materials procurement.
• Coordinates travel, lodging, and vehicle rentals.
• Maintains project documents, logs, drawings, and plan revisions.
• Issues Purchase Orders and updates PM Schedule weekly.
