Job summary

Appalachian Regional Healthcare (ARH) is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support Project Managers with project operations, including bidding, procurement, tracking, and closeout. You will assist with facilities projects, resolve issues, and perform administrative duties.

Responsibilities include executing tasks under PM direction, coordinating communication, planning and tracking progress, and maintaining project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in facilities, property, or construction management.
• Proficiency in management tools and software with data extraction and reporting.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Execute specific project tasks under the Project Manager’s direction.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
• Plan, schedule, and track project progress to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate tasks, manage project documentation, schedule meetings, and handle project files.
• Monitor progress, update Project Managers, and prepare progress reports.
• Lead interactions within the department and with other functions to drive planning and reporting.
• Assist in updating project information such as budgets, schedules, drawings, etc.
• Manage project management software data entry.
