Job summary

CR Meyer is seeking a Project Coordinator in Escanaba, MI to support the project team through planning, budgeting, construction and post-construction phases.

You will work with the Project Manager and field staff to keep safety, quality, and schedule on track, prepare budgets and schedules, and manage project documentation. Travel to various project sites across the United States is possible.

Qualifications

• Construction experience, preferably on large civil/structural projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, MS Project and Primavera.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the project team during planning, budgeting, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Assist in preparing bids and estimating projects.
• Support safety and quality standards per CR Meyer guidelines.
• Prepare budgets and schedules, track labor hours and expenses, and assist invoicing.
• Prepare POs and coordinate subcontracts, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain open communication with the Project Manager and on-site team.
