Job summary

ESI Electrical Contractors, Inc. in Lima, OH is seeking a full-time, on-site role to assist project managers in achieving project success.

The position supports product and service delivery from concept through production, ensuring quality and timely shipments while coordinating cross-functional teams. The role requires a BS in mechanical, electrical, or controls engineering, experience with UL control panels or similar, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or controls engineering, or offsetting experience.
• Experience in UL Control Panel manufacturing or similar industry is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office software.
• Ability to work under pressure and contribute in a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management level support from concept through production.
• Ensure ESI quality standards are adhered to.
• Coordinate shipment, field services, and post delivery support.
• Assist PMs and Engineering with shop drawings, submittals, and maintenance documents.
• Track and report project and product status from estimate to delivery.
• Provide estimating support for ESI products and services.
• Lead and coordinate staff across admin, procurement, CAD, logistics, production, and field services.
