Job summary

Mid-Ohio Air Conditioning (MOAC) in Columbus, OH seeks a Project Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of the Construction Division. You will own project setup, document control, buy- writing, and monthly progress billings for diverse projects.

You will chase missing items, maintain complete files, and ensure timely, accurate records across multiple concurrent jobs. This role supports Project Managers by executing decisions on submittals, RFIs, change orders, and vendor

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Two+ years of project administration, construction billing, or contract support.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up new construction jobs in NetSuite with budgets, contracts, and records.
• Maintain electronic project files: contracts, PO's, submittals, RFIs, and closeouts.
• Prepare monthly progress billings and supporting documentation.
• Collect and verify subcontractor compliance docs and insurance certificates.
• Schedule meetings, capture minutes, and track action items.
• Support with project cost accuracy and billing workflow improvements.
