Job summary

Rabren General Contractors, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in North Carolina. This full-time role involves supporting the Project Manager and facilitating project documentation and communication. The APM will engage with both internal and external teams to ensure the successful coordination of projects.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Building Science or Construction Management, with 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction. Responsibilities include managing documentation, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring project standards are met.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of commercial General Contractor construction experience.
  • Understanding of building processes and systems in moderately complex construction projects.
  • LEED AP and/or CCM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in project execution.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and agendas for project meetings.
  • Manage the RFI processes and track project documentation.
  • Assist with job cost reports and documentation.
