Job summary

• Manage lien releases and subcontractor compliance documentation.
• Generate project reports and dashboards.
• Participate in project conference calls and respond to questions.

Adaptive Construction Management is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and General Managers in the successful execution of commercial construction projects.

Commercial construction Project Coordinator experience is required.

What You'll Do

• Enter new jobs and maintain project information in the project management system


• Coordinate schedules and requirements with field technicians


• Receive, track, and maintain project documentation


• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure required paperwork is completed and filed


• Manage lien releases and subcontractor compliance documentation


• Generate project reports and dashboards


• Participate in project conference calls


• Respond to project questions from technicians and customers


• Support Project Managers and General Managers with day-to-day project needs


• Perform other duties as assigned
