Job summary

The chosen candidate will manage subcontractors, collaborate with the Project Manager, and ensure project compliance. Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communication with internal and external customers.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with all levels of employees, clients, and subcontractors.
• Ability to self-manage work with little supervision.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Draft subcontractor agreements; track executed agreements.
• Responsible for overall management of subcontractors.
• Plan work schedule and delivery of equipment to site.
• Prepare monthly pay requests for Project Manager approval.
• Track invoices and receipts for field purchase orders.
