Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of ground-up & remodel experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and distribute submittals.
• Track change events and issue subcontractor change orders.
• Pre-construction coordination and closeouts.

Organizational skills

Proficiency in Procore

Construction knowledge (horizontal and vertical)

Problem-solving skills

Education

College degree (Construction Management preferred)

OSHA 30 certification
