Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience in project controls or accounting.
• Experience reviewing invoices and financial documentation in a professional setting.
• Understanding of project budgets, cost tracking, and basic project financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy and contract terms.
• Verify purchase orders, billing periods, and supporting documentation for invoicing.
• Prepare comprehensive invoice packages for PM review and approval.
• Support client billing and project invoicing processes for timely submissions.
• Validate labor rates, labor categories, and project cost allocations.
