Job summary

Kokosing is seeking a Project Accountant for a site-based role in Point Pleasant, WV. You will support field engineering and construction operations, assisting in cost control, budgeting, and timely billings with thorough backup documentation.

Responsibilities include developing procedures, standardizing project accounting functions, and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management, or business preferred.
• 2+ years of project controls accounting or project engineering experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and workloads to ensure on-time delivery of quality work.
• Calculate cost data including quantities, material, labor, subcontractor, and equipment costs.
• Coordinate with estimating, project management, and Kokosing accounting teams.
