This is a junior-level support role focused on field coordination, project documentation, recordkeeping, and communication. The Construction Project Assistant will work closely with CARIAN Construction Managers, accompanying them during field activities and helping ensure observations, findings, drawings, action items, and project communications are accurately documented, organized, and distributed.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in both field and office environments, and able to manage multiple administrative and project-support activities with accuracy and professionalism.

The base salary range for this role is $45,000 – $55,000 annually. This range represents a good-faith estimate at the time of posting; actual compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, skills, project assignment, and business needs.

This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus incentives or other compensation programs based on company and individual performance.
