Responsibilities

• Provide project support, manage submittals and logs.
• Process and track project invoices, ensure proper coding and compliance.
• Maintain software platforms (CMiC, Autodesk, Procore, Sharepoint/OneDrive).
• Track payroll time entry and crew timecards; monitor real-time metrics.
• Assist with project setup, document control, and weekly Front Desk coverage.
