CESO is seeking a Project Construction Administrator (PCA) to execute duties for the Architect of Record and Architectural team during construction, ensuring contract documents are implemented correctly. The PCA will liaison between CESO, contractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of five years’ experience in design/construction project management, with preferred CCCA and OSHA credentials and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience assisting with project management in design/construction.
• CCCA and OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• Experience with construction administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shop drawing reviews and RFI responses.
• Prepare construction observations and reports.
• Manage punch lists and site square footage analyses.
• Review pay applications and warranties.
• Represent CESO in client meetings and site visits.
• Travel as schedules dictate.
