Job summary

CESO, Inc. seeks a Project Construction Administrator (PCA) in Cincinnati, OH. The PCA will represent the Architect and CESO through construction, review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, conduct site observations, and coordinate with the project team to ensure contract documents are followed.

Travel may be required. Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years' experience in design/construction. Preferred: CCCA, OSHA 10/30, and proficiency with BIM and project management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience assisting with managing projects, or managing projects directly in a design and construction related field is required.
• CCCA is preferred; OSHA 10/30 is preferred; proficiency with project management software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external project team members and consultants for shop drawing reviews, RFIs, construction observations, reports, punch lists, site square footage analysis, warranty site walks, pay applications, and related tasks.
• Represent CESO and the Architect of Record during client meetings and site visits; report updates and observations to the project team.
• Travel as project schedules dictate.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to provide feedback to improve document quality and constructability.
• Prioritize and execute tasks to meet client and contractor schedules in a high-pressure environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
