The role involves contract administration, project startup, submittals, procurement coordination, and meticulous document control for clients, vendors, and contractors. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills and professional communication, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in contract administration, project documentation, and procurement coordination is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support contract administration from award through project completion.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and project documentation control.
• Assist with procurement coordination and material scheduling.
• Track deadlines, maintain filing systems, and support project closeout.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors, architects, and general contractors.
