How Do You Excel In This Position

The Construction Project Administrator is responsible for change orders and maintaining project data in systems such as Salesforce and Intacct. You will update project schedules and audit data through the Construction Project Dashboard, attend meetings, prepare reports, and assist with material orders, close‑out packages, and documentation. Collaboration with the corporate team and business development support is key. Occasional travel arrangements and research tasks may also be required.

What Are We Looking For
  • Associate's degree required.
  • Ability to multi‑task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Travel required: up to 25% of the time to job sites, manufacturers for training, and office meetings.
Additional Skills Preferred But Not Required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two or more years of progressive experience supporting construction-related projects; construction project financial experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of contract terminology and invoicing.
  • Fluency in project‑related software & applications such as Sage Intacct, MS Project, PowerBI.
